This brilliantly designed villa is by fIrm SAOTA, this is yet another example of their excellence in residential architecture. The dramatic home sits on the side of Lion's Head, South Africa which has fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean. The home is comprised of four levels of super luxury, the floor plan is open and the spaces flow into one another. The interiors were completed by OKHA Interiors. According to the Project Partner Greg Truen "The brief was to create a building that maximised the connection with the view and the sea, create a garden on the mountain side of the site and to minimize views over neighbouring buildings." It appears they've done what was required of the design brief and exceeded expectations. Enjoy pictures below.
